Our Approach
Imago Caeli LLC provides professional photography, videography, and aerial services for real estate, commercial, athletic, and personal projects. We do not use artificial intelligence for image generation, editing, or enhancement. Every deliverable is captured with professional equipment and processed by human hands. All aerial operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations, pre-flight safety protocols, and Idaho state law.
Booking & Retainer
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
A 50% retainer is due to secure your booking date. The balance is due upon delivery of final assets.
The retainer is applied toward your final project total and is refundable only as described in the Cancellation & Rescheduling schedule below.
A booking is confirmed only once payment is processed and a signed agreement is on file.
Travel: Standard service area is within 50 miles of Nampa, ID (83686). Trips of 50–200 miles may incur a travel surcharge. Travel beyond 200 miles requires a custom quote.
Season / Multi-Event Packages: Governed by a written agreement specifying all dates and deliverables. Cancellation and rescheduling terms apply per-event. Unused dates not rescheduled within 30 days of the original date are forfeited.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Notice Period / Refund
30+ days before scheduled date → Full refund, including the retainer.
14–29 days before → 50% refund of the retainer. Balance already paid toward the project is refunded in full.
Under 14 days → Retainer is non-refundable. Balance already paid toward the project is refunded in full.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not affect the retainer unless the new date moves the booking into an earlier notice tier, in which case the refund terms for that tier apply.
Weather & Force Majeure: Cancellations or rescheduling due to weather, FAA airspace restrictions, safety emergencies, or other events beyond either party's control will not result in financial penalties. Affected sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Business Cancellation: If Imago Caeli LLC cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund of all payments is issued.
Payment
Accepted: Credit/debit card, or other methods agreed on.
Final invoices are issued upon project completion. Net-15 payment terms apply unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may result in withholding of final deliverables.
Drone / Aerial Operations
All flights are conducted by a FAA Part 107 licensed pilot with active commercial liability insurance.
A standardized pre-flight safety checklist is completed before every operation. No flight proceeds if environmental, airspace, or equipment conditions do not meet safety thresholds.
The Photographer is the sole Pilot in Command. Clients may direct composition but have no authority over flight paths, altitude, or safety decisions.
Weather-dependent rescheduling is a normal part of aerial operations and does not constitute a breach of contract.
Delivery
Standard: Final edited assets delivered within 48 hours of project completion via secure online gallery or encrypted cloud transfer.
Rush (12–24 hour): Available for a $50 fee per project, subject to schedule.
Formats: JPEG/PNG for photography, MP4/MOV for video, as specified in your service agreement. RAW files are provided under the "Capture-Only" tier or upon written request.
Archival: Delivered files are backed up for a minimum of 90 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their assets.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Copyright: Imago Caeli LLC retains full copyright to all captured images and video.
Your Usage Rights: You receive personal and commercial usage rights for delivered materials as specified in your service agreement.
Print & Merchandise: Print sales, merchandise reproduction, and third-party commercial licensing (including booster club photo sales) are not included in standard usage rights and require a separate written license.
Portfolio & Marketing: Imago Caeli LLC may showcase work in marketing materials, social media, websites, and industry submissions unless you submit a written portfolio opt-out at booking.
Releases: Model and property releases are required for public or commercial distribution. Clients are responsible for securing permissions unless Imago Caeli LLC is engaged as release liaison in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Secure all property access, permits, HOA approvals, and venue clearances before the scheduled date.
For school and district facilities, the client (athletic department, booster club, or administration) is responsible for campus access, district media policy compliance, and FERPA-compliant student image releases.
Ensure the site is safe, accessible, and free of hazards.
Have a representative available on set to facilitate access and provide direction.
Provide accurate rosters, jersey numbers, and specifications for group or team shoots.

Liability & Insurance
Imago Caeli LLC maintains Commercial General Liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request.
In no event shall Imago Caeli LLC be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or emotional distress associated with missed life events.
Total aggregate liability under any service agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
In the event of equipment failure, Imago Caeli LLC will attempt file recovery. If recovery is unsuccessful, the sole remedy is a complimentary reshoot (if time permits) or a prorated credit.
Governing Law
This policy and all related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
